Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant at Cory Miyamoto, M.D., located in Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities include assisting healthcare providers with clinical and administrative tasks, managing medical records, utilizing medical terminology accurately, preparing examination rooms, providing patient care, and supporting the medical office operations. The Medical Assistant will play a key role in ensuring efficient and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and providing direct support to healthcare providers
• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and its application in clinical settings
• Experience in Medical Office management and familiarity with scheduling and administrative tasks
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality Patient Care with attention to empathy and professionalism
• Competence in maintaining and handling Medical Records
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) certification is preferred but not required
• Experience working in a healthcare facility or clinic is a plus
